Tomorrow, I will make pork tacos. Someone I know is going to eat it with wine but whatever, I'm in love with him so he gets away with it.
@lo The wild pigs are actually pretty good to eat, but it depends a bit on what they are eating.I think when people working at the slaughterhouses got covid, they killed off a lot of livestock for some $ reasons and pork hasn't been around as much since.
I think I heard them mention they carry some diseases so they're being hunted for sport & to stop them from obliterating crops.

Has there been a shortage there? Funny how that works because I’ve watched plenty of videos about the wild pig infestation in Texas. Farmers are trapping & hunting them down by the hundreds. Sadly they’re not good to eat but what a shame.
