@GeePawHill Yes, they were pretty old by the time I checked them out in the early 90’s. I got a Tai Chi book that was similar too. My grandmother was a librarian and I’m not sure if she dug them out of the archives. Martial arts seemed extra popular then, but I think the Judo episode on Andy Griffith started us down the rabbit hole.
