What are you all using as a distro right now? I have a nifty hp elitebook I am playing with. Recommendations for operating system?
So I am assuming all of my online acquaintances are either windows users or think I'm a fed lol

Distro hopping is a bad idea, I dunno. I switched back to Arch a lil bit ago, but there's nothing to write home about. I'm looking for a distro that works nicely out of the box with Steam for the kid's machine. (I'm presuming this was related to the distro post?)

@spaceman I've used lxle on my thinkpad t400 and deepin on my more updated machine for years but I am just looking for something different to screw around with. :)
@spaceman as older tech gets cheaper and I get further in my career I find myself buying laptops I couldn't afford when they first came out lol. I have a little collection, ringing from my absolute favorite little piece of junk, an Acer Aspire One with an Atom processor to the jewel of my collection, an absolutely mint Macintosh Portable, with the Apple carrying case, two external drives and all of the original manuals and documentation.

@MisterRogersSnapped @spaceman It's kinda boring but I have Mint with xfce and cinnamon on several computers. My basement is starting to look like that shack in District 9 with all of the old computers. Hard to toss "trash" that is perfectly usable even if it is unsightly.
