Researching the wonders of Vitamin C.
I am looking for information that I can reprint to use in a health information pamphlet to give to friends and neighbors.
I have found most people haven't a clue ( my self included) on the basic things we can do to live a less painful and/or stressful life.

@oldcrow1008 I did keto/fasting for over a year, lost some weight, felt pretty good, but my blood pressure never improved. My brother-in-law got prostate cancer on a similar diet and he is pretty healthy otherwise. It got me thinking about how healthy it really was. I read How Not to Die by Dr. Michael Greger and have tried a whole food plant-based diet for the past couple weeks. My BP dropped in the first week from 135 down to 110 and all of my joints feel a decade younger.
