Ok, just saw a guy draw a cut of meat diagram on a live pig with a marker. New Scandinavian Cooking show.
@daniel Have you ever had good home-fed pork? Feed him on good alfalfa and grain and corn with a little beer mixed in. Very good.
@MisterRogersSnapped Just wild boar that ate similarly from crops. People didn't used to have as much variety, but what they had was amazing.

@daniel the funny thing is... that has to be his "pet" pig to be handled like that.... of course, pet pigs usually still go to market. When I was a kid, we had one that we were forced to bottle feed until he was weaned. So he was so tame when he got older that we could ride him. His name was Porkchop... then one day he was.
