Want to grow some millet this year. I know that if you eat a LOT of some varieties, you can get thyroid problems. I'm about to refresh my memory on the subject and wanted to know if anyone has grown it and what varieties you recommend. I swear I've seen something that looks a lot like millet growing in the wild around here, will get some pictures to verify.

@daniel Balance is the key! Any food or exercise in excess will bring negative effects.
Moringa/ Drumstick tree is not tree of life!
Avocado may be super food but not sufficient to survive.
Katuk plant may have many benefits, but it may affect your liver, if you use it in excess to reduce your weight.
Same with millets.
However we should eat all these natural grains and seeds, moderately.
