As some of you may know, i been going trough some rough times. I been feeling physically and mentally devastated and everything i could think of for a month has been ways to kill myself without making a mess for others to clean.
My incapacity has been postponed again, which means i will have no social help or income for at least another couple of years.
The choice has been harder that i should, but i want you to know i decided to keep on living.

Hi Daniel! I want you to know it means a lot to me that i can help in some way. I'm sure your daughter will do great, having a diagnostic young really makes things easier and having a great dad like you is a gift.
Protect her, but also push her. Teach her she is more capable than people will tell her and help her finding the things she is really good at. She will get angry some times, but will thank you the rest of her life. We need to create tolerance.
