One of my favorite underrated movies, and in light of recent events maybe a little appropriate. When I used to hang out with my grandfather as a kid doing Ham radio, he really taught me the value in communication. Nowadays we take it for granted, Fediverse included.

Just woke up from a crazy dream where @Gargron had set up a James Hallidayesque competition on the Fediverse and me and the friends were having a great time...then Heidi woke me up🙂

"People" would be more accurate, but basically true.

My grandmother is such a Hobbit! She's had to be quarantined to her quarters, because several of her caretakers came down with Covid, and she has been getting healthier in almost every measurable way. She likes friends, but lived alone for 17 years. Such a strong independent woman!
