@sinbach This is why it is so important to read and know the Bible. We take it for granted because it is everywhere, but that could change in one unconcerned generation. A church of 100 people should be able to piece it back together from memory.

@dallin@librem. You're right. It is right to mourn the dead and help those impacted to the best of our ability. When there are billions of people on the earth, small percents still mean lots of people. I personally don't know of anyone who has died or suffered greatly from Covid19, but I do know a couple of people who died as a result of avoiding hospitals and checkups out of fear.

Didn't think I would care much about the 4k on the new TV, but I am loving my FoxtrotGPS maps in all their high definition.

ALSA is doing some annoying popping after I updated it and my kernel. I'm assuming it's ALSA because the problem persists across Pulseaudio and JACK. Sound on Linux is a rabbit hole, and if you ever get everything working like you want, a party is in order.

@xixiangdong I had a habit of taking things apart as a kid, my parents had a phone similar to this. I almost got it put back together!

@dallin@librem.one Not sure how far your family and friends are, but I've been wanting some of these, they would have been a lifesaver on a cruise we did last year.
