@normand They were for DXF. Most of my problems were very close vertices. You could use Meshlab to clean up close vertices maybe.

@lo I don't really see how it's going to fit into my life, but I've always wanted to escape to Patagonia. Some Español would come in handy.

@normand I'm not too familiar with this use case, but I wonder if it has to do with round off errors on coordinates. I've made simple programs to clean up these values and everything worked afterwards.

If you can measure it, you can manage it. To me, a free society is one that isn't managed centrally by some bureaucratic beast, but rather by individuals managing their own lives as they see fit. The number of "measurements" that the governments and corporations have on us is staggering and only ever growing. When someone asks me, "How many people are on the Fediverse?", it is so beautiful to reply, "No one knows." @Gargron

Ok, just learning about shell built-in commands after realizing cd wasn't a program. Makes total sense actually. There are probably hundreds of things like this that I don't know. Finding out what is really going on with computers is a journey I fear that no one can finish these days.

@normandc My mother has sworn by olive leaf extract for years. Their cat, who was about as old as yours, got cancer and she fed him the olive leave mixed with coconut oil. The tumors went away and he got healthy again and lived for another 5 years. Not sure what else it can do, but it was miraculous at how much better the cat got.
