Some pictures/videos from a couple of years ago in Asheville, NC. My brother doesn't think it will ever be the same.

@mary had a car problem today when her oil cooler hose ruptured. Thankfully she was smart and didn’t continue to drive and ruin the engine! There was a repair shop nearby but it was closed. Thankfully one of the workers, who lived in an RV on site, decided to help us and we were on the road in a couple hours. He didn’t even want to charge us much. Very thankful to God and Nolan🙂

I finally got in touch with my brother in Asheville, NC today. It is not good there, but he and his wife are safe. No electricity or running water. Gasoline is not available.

Yeah I can’t do Rings of Power anymore.

So if projects get anchor-bolt templates, they are usually sheet metal with a template name scrawled on them…this showed up today. Are we in the future?

@mike We’re watching it anyways. Personally, I’m appreciative of the detail/quality of the sets, CGI, costumes, etc. It is pretty. It really is a shame the writers are so terrible. “Jackson wept!” can be heard frequently in our house.

@danie10 I actually still use Optar, but I’ve only ever been able to reliably get 100kB/page (1 side, US Letter). I have never gotten around to printing the source code…🤦‍♂️

@Pixlar @saaste We basically use our phones to control the music in different areas of the house that have dedicated speakers.

@Pixlar @saaste I don’t think so? Yes, you would need a client. This works well for my use-case with different zones in the house.

@saaste @Pixlar I use Music Player Daemon(MPD). It is established and has lots of clients.
