Heidi and I had a downtown adventure today!

OK, I've been fairly successful with sticking to the WFPBD, but there are times when you're out with friends or it's been a long day and it's either fast food or nothing. Giving Taco Bell a shout-out for their nutrition transparency and relatively healthy possibilities. Take notes other fast food companies. People want to eat well and guess what? If your customers are healthy, they can give you money for a couple of decades longer than the average American.

Crispix is better than Chex. A bowl is like a time machine to the 80’s for me.

Just re-watched Bicentennial Man with the Misses and it got so much right! I spent a fair bit of my childhood in the upper part of a movie theatre being an assistant projectionist and, even though the place is torn down now, my love of movies remains. Some movies have this re-watchable quality and power about them and they seem to be able to shape and improve lives. Out of the absolute sea of media that we have today, what movies would you save and consider a benefit to posterity?
