I shouldn't pick up anything else, but I've been thinking about starting a primitive cartography club. Folks could use means and methods similar to what was used in the 18th and 19th centuries to make maps for fun, education, and decoration. Maybe have competitions to locate buried treasure or something. Good exercise!

Difference of opinion on this doctrine has ended the most number of pastor interviews in our church. It is a historically divisive topic that really shouldn't be and I think people tend to over-complicate it. Comparing baptism to patterns in relationships like marriage and adoption seems to help most folks understand the necessity. Charts are not usually helpful.

I posted these the other day, hoping to keep them to a single thread, but it probably looked like a bomb went off on the public timeline. Not sure if it even federated. Anyways, my apologies; this is much cleaner.
@dustinthewind Be as polite and as kind as you can be. Don’t explain your reasoning, you don’t have to. Tell them what they’re doing is wrong and don’t give them any other reason to fire you. They are probably trying to look for or manufacture one. Save a much documentation as you can. Make that cog in the HR machine question their participation.
@MisterRogersSnapped I always like grinding my own because I can see the quality of the beans. I'll find a good brand and, without fail, after a year or two the bean quality goes to crap. When bought ground, all you you can do is speculate and swear that perhaps it used to taste better.
@MaryMamuzich Probably, we were hanging out with some family, who tested positive, and the timing works out. Tests were out of stock and I wasn't going to wait 2.5 hours at a clinic. Mary got it from the same folks around Labor Day and I was fine, now she is fine. Heidi had a shared day of mild fever with Mary in September, but otherwise no symptoms. This is a weird bug.
